Medicolegal Expert
Despite a busy clinical practice, Dr Taylor undertakes medicolegal cases in regard to injury/disabilities resultant from birth injury, as well as acquired brain injury secondary to trauma and sports accidents. He also acts as an expert in cases where brain injury is acquired secondary to infection (meningitis and encephalitis), lack of oxygen (hypoxic/ischemic injury) and missed/delayed diagnosis.

What is your turnaround time?
Upon accepting formal instruction (complete with all medical notes), I endevour to examine the patient within 4-6 weeks.
Report Writing
After examination, I endeavour to turnaround the full report within 10-12 weeks. I will be able to be more precise after approach as this can vary.
Legal Aid
Unfortunately, I do not accept Legal Aid rate. My terms are linked below and are not variable.
